A plant built for other people's brands
MesoMedica Lab was built in Cairo as a contract manufacturer, not as a brand that sells its spare capacity on the side. Everything in the building exists to make a product that carries someone else's name on the label, to a specification that someone else signed off.
The facility is classified Class B. Seven production lines run at 99% automation, with a ceiling of 100,000 vials and 150,000 ampoules a month. Raw materials come only from certified European suppliers, at laboratory and pharmaceutical grade. Our own laboratories run physical, chemical, and microbiological testing on every batch before it is released, and every batch stays traceable back to the material it was made from.
That discipline is what more than 38 companies buy from us — among them the four largest in this market — alongside 18 formulations developed in-house and shipments into African and GCC markets.
Our Vision
We target 10+ proprietary formulations within 5 years, expanding across African and GCC markets. We aim to achieve 80% market share in specialized cosmetics, with a financial growth trajectory from 35M EGP in Year 1 to 200M EGP in Year 3. We integrate AI in quality control and pursue supply chain autonomy to deliver unmatched value.
